FAQ
Q: What precautions should I follow?
A: Stop using the brush if your scalp has cuts or feels abnormal. Avoid prolonged exposure to hot air from a blow-dryer or pouring hot water over the brush, as this may deform it. Do not apply styling products directly to the brush, as they may alter the brush body or bristles.
Q: How should I clean the brush?
A: If heavily soiled, wash with water or lukewarm water containing a mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly, drain well, and dry in the shade.
Q: Is a slight odor from the bristles normal?
A: Natural bristles release characteristic oils and may have a slight odor, particularly when first used or after washing with warm water. This is normal.
