How to Use
After skincare, use of REVLON ColorStay Longwear UV Primer, a makeup base with sun protection, is recommended. Apply three to four lines radiating outward from the eye area like cat whiskers, then gently pat and blend with fingers or a sponge. It can also be used over the entire face: apply directly to the skin and blend with fingers or a sponge.
