A two-layer, water- and oil-based eye and lip makeup remover that quickly and thoroughly wipes away stubborn makeup, including waterproof makeup and long-lasting lipstick. It has a gentle, non-sticky feel.

How to Use
Apply an appropriate amount to a cotton pad and press lightly against the eye area or lips. Leave briefly to allow the remover to blend with the makeup, then wipe away gently with a gliding motion without rubbing firmly. If makeup remains, repeat with another cotton pad. Rinsing with water or lukewarm water after use is recommended.
Remove contact lenses before use, as the product may soil them. Avoid contact with eyes. If it gets into your eyes, rinse immediately with water or lukewarm water. Close the cap securely after use.
