How to Use
Apply with the brush in a combing motion from the roots of the brow hairs toward the tips. When using with an eyebrow pencil or powder, apply this product last. To remove, allow warm water to soften the formula briefly, then wash off.
After use, wipe the opening of the container clean and close the cap securely. Do not store in hot places. Do not apply to damaged or irritated skin. Stop use and consult a dermatologist if irritation or unusual skin changes occur.
