Ingredients

Concentrated maca extract powder (maca extract, dextrin; manufactured in Japan), guarana extract powder, zinc yeast, cordyceps mycelium powder, selenium yeast; gelatin, cellulose, glycerin fatty acid esters, colorants (caramel, titanium dioxide).

How to Use

Take 3 capsules per day with water or lukewarm water. Swallow without chewing and do not exceed the recommended daily amount.
