A powdered curry roux built around the aroma of S&B Red Tin curry powder, made with carefully selected Japanese beef stock and Japanese sautéed onions. Made without wheat flour.

Ingredients

Starch (manufactured in Japan), edible oils and fats (palm and rapeseed oil blend, rapeseed oil), sugar, curry powder, salt, dextrin, rice flour, spices, yeast extract powder, potato flakes, pork extract powder, chicken extract powder, okara powder, sautéed onions, powdered miso, shiitake mushroom extract powder, beef bouillon, garlic paste, bonito extract powder, kombu extract powder / flavor enhancers (amino acids, etc.), caramel color, calcium phosphate, emulsifier, acidulant.
