FAQ
Q: Can the gel change in appearance or scent?
A: The naturally derived ingredients give it a soft, jelly-like consistency. Changes in color or scent, or sediment formation, do not indicate a quality problem.
Q: How should it be stored?
A: Avoid extreme heat, humidity and cold. Room-temperature storage is recommended. The tube may swell in summer heat without affecting the contents, and the gel may be harder to dispense in cold conditions. Keep out of reach of infants and young children.
Q: How long can it be used after opening?
A: Use within six months of opening. The expiration date and lot number are printed at the upper back of the tube in year/month/lot format.
Q: When should use be discontinued?
A: Stop use and consult a medical professional if you have wounds inside your mouth or develop a rash or other unusual reactions.
