How to Use
Apply across the eyelid, along the lower eyelid, or wherever you prefer. Layer lightly to create a gradient, or apply a thin line along the lash line as a liner color.
For a more shimmery look, apply to the eyelid and blend with your finger to bring out the pearlescent shimmer.
