How to Use
Place this refill in the KANEBO Custom Compact R, sold separately. With a clean fingertip, gently stroke the surface to pick up an appropriate amount. Adjust the amount on the back of your hand, then apply around the eyes or to the cheeks. Use alone, as an eyeshadow base, or layered over eyeshadow. Avoid pressing firmly on the surface, as this may shift the contents.
