How to Use

• First rinse away dirt using warm water only.
• Gently spread the shampoo in your palms. Use approximately 1.5–2 teaspoons for short hair or 3–4 teaspoons for long hair.
• Work the shampoo throughout your hair while breathing slowly.
• With your fingers gently curled, use the area around the first finger joints to massage the scalp softly in slow, circular motions as you wash.
• Rinse the scalp thoroughly until all lather is gone.
• Washing twice is recommended: wash away dirt from the hair first, then wash again to remove loosened dirt from the scalp.
