Product Overview

A highly absorbent protective pad with a skin-facing film designed to resist sticking to wounds. Made in Japan, each box contains 5 individually packaged, sterilized pads measuring 7.5cm × 10cm.

Features

  • The perforated skin-facing film and absorbent layer absorb wound fluid and gently protect the wound.
  • A moisture-permeable, waterproof film allows moisture inside to escape while keeping external moisture and dirt out.
  • Can accommodate larger wounds.

Ingredients

  • Surface material: polyethylene terephthalate or polyethylene.
  • Absorbent material: rayon or a composite of rayon and polyethylene terephthalate; paper; superabsorbent polymer.
  • Waterproof material: polyethylene and polypropylene.
  • Binder: hot-melt adhesive.

How to Use

Secure the pad with surgical tape, a bandage, or a tubular net bandage. Depending on the condition of the wound, it may be used with an ointment. Follow the instructions of a doctor or pharmacist and carefully read the ointment's package insert.
